We try to keep a record of our parishioners' basic details such as name, address, telephone number and email address, as well as the names of their children. This information is used by Fr David and the parish administrator, mainly so that people can be contacted when queries arise. It also helps with the planning of parish activities and facilities if these details are known.
If you believe your record may be out of date (having moved house for example) or you don't remember ever filling in a registration form, then please download a form by using one of the links below. You can either pass the completed form to Fr David or email it to the parish office.
