Five in One.  Next Sunday (14th) we have a second collection for five good causes: Catholic Education Service, Communications, Apostleship of the Sea, Racial Justice and Catholic Youth Service.  Your offering is divided equally between these causes-this has been the custom in the parish for many years and cuts down on the number of second collections.  I know you will be as generous as possible.

Gift Aid

If you give regularly to St James and are a tax-payer would you please consider giving through Gift Aid which enables us to claim back 28p for every £1 given? Our organiser is Geoff Ford (01689 872125) and he is usually around between the two Sunday Masses. Thank you.

“You must love your neighbour as yourself – it is the answer to every one of the commandments.”
