Today is the 2nd Sunday of Ordinary Time (C).

The gospel is about Christ changing water into wine at a wedding feast.  It is the third of the ‘epiphanies’ by which Jesus reveals who he is (the foretold Messiah), and his disciples come to believe in him.

WEEK OF ACCOMPANIED PRAYER

The Taster Session is TODAY (Sunday), 3-4pm at Christ Church URC, Tudor Way.  Do try to come, as some of the guides will be there to show us various ways to pray.  During the Week itself they will gently encourage each participant individually as they focus on growing closer to God through personal prayer.

Application forms for the Week will be available at the Taster Session, and then onwards at each church. To secure a place please return your completed form to the box in the porch as soon as possible.  Please pray about whether this is for you, and not just for other people.

Have you taken a flyer for full information?

Any queries to Chris or Doreen Hairs
