"WEEK OF ACCOMPANIED PRAYER”- WAP

Sunday 3rd March to Saturday 9th March 2013

Did you take home a flyer with full details of the Week from the porch last week? If not, please pick one up today.

Please do consider participating in this opportunity to grow in your prayer life.  A team of experienced Prayer Guides/Companions is coming to support and encourage participants.  All that is needed for this week-long Lenten retreat in daily life is to spend a period of time each day in prayer, and then reflect with your Prayer Guide in complete confidence at your agreed time daily, here at St James.

This is an inter-church event, so all are invited to a Taster Session next Sunday 20th January, 3 - 4 pm at Christ Church URC, Tudor Way.

Do you find yourself wanting a deeper personal relationship with God?

Do you sometimes find it difficult to pray?

Would you like to discover more about different ways of praying?

If so, this Week could be for you. "

From April 22nd-30th Archbishop Peter is leading a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. Full details on the diocesan website. A lady from St Joseph’s would like to share (its cheaper) – details on porch board.
