Today’s Mass.  We are often uncertain about things and we need God’s gift of wisdom (1st reading and Psalm) – especially about how to manage our material goods (gospel). Our true wisdom is Christ himself.

Papal Visit

 

There will be a meeting for ALL participants in both events next Sunday 12th September at 8pm in the Social Centre.  This is compulsory for everyone and we will give out your pilgrim passes and packs then. Anne Scripture will contact all Birmingham pilgrims as well. Birmingham people must be here at 1am (!) on Sunday September 19th – coach leaves at 1.15am sharp.

Firm Believers – inter-church fun fitness - restarts on Tuesday 7th September, from 7 to 7.45 pm in the hall. Any queries, contact Doreen Hairs, or just turn up.

A meeting for parents of children in Years 7 and 8 on Wednesday September 29th at 8pm to discuss ongoing spiritual formation, especially for children at non Catholic schools. Parents please attend this very important meeting. 

Parent and Toddler Group will start again on Thursday 9th September; and then every Thursday 13:30 - 15:00 (term time only) for children age 0-5. New parents and children are always welcome.

Children's Liturgy Group restarts Sunday 19th September for children aged 3-8 years (without their parents please). Meeting for ALL involved adults (including new volunteers) Wednesday 8th Sept. 8pm.
