Welcome to Mass today.  

This will be the last edition of Briefly until August 29^th.  Mass intentions for August will be put on the porch boards. 

The parish office will be staffed at the usual times for urgent enquiries. 

“You Touch Africa” - our parish charity 2010-11.

The first collection will be on Sunday August 8^th - please use a spare white envelope from the back of your GIFT Aid box.   We shall have regular updates from the charity and hopefully we might get Fr. Arbo to appear sometime!

Taizé – a party of our “20-somethings” leaves for Taizé today and we wish them the usual fantastic week!

Young people in the parish –we have been putting a lot of thought into the two age groups, 9-13 and 13-18, and there will be exciting new ideas in September.  Parents of children going onto secondary school please fill in form in porch.

Hall Redevelopment – Parish Forum – Thursday 16^th September, 8pm in church with the architect and three possible options. We really hope that the majority of adult parishioners will attend as this concerns us all. (Please book babysitters now and make this a priority – thank you.)

Papal Visit
