Draft Action Plan

Julian updated the interview progress and ideas spreadsheet and sent to me

When I looked at the CAFOD form, I realised we had been thinking upside down about the categories!

Form requires actions to be listed by Simply, Sustainably and Solidarity

Indicating for each action whether it is Substantial or Supporting

And does it represent Reflection, Practical or Reaching Out.

So I re-ordered the list and things fell out reasonably easily

Have we got enough activities to engage a wide cross-section of the parish?

I think we need a stronger emphasis on Reflection & Worship because that is the one area that all members of a congregation can be involved.

Interview progress

I can finish off any interviews not done but can’t guarantee to complete them much before the end of July

I do need help though because of heavy family commitments over the next few months and a general need to slacken off a bit.

Engaging individuals

Suggest we ask people to sign up when we launch.

If they don't then we are in danger of dropping back to box ticking.

Or start and hope people get message and join in?
